Ideal for visiting the city and enjoy the local trendy lifestyle like a local. -WARNING: being on a top floor, there may be noise from the elevators -- The space Modern and cozy 2 bedrooms Apt with great location on Armenia St between Paraguay & Guatemala st. Ample living room with sofa and dining table. Comfortable desk with chair for working. Fully eqquiped kitchen with washing machine. 2 bedrooms: * the master with queen size bed or twins beds. * The other bedroom has a single bed + writing desk with chair. * Complete bathroom with shower. APARTMENT FEATURES * Air conditioner warm/cold in all the rooms * Smart TV. * WIFI 100MB * Iron//hairdryer * French press, electric kettle, blender, toaster, fridge with freezer, microwave. *Washing machine in the apartment. * Linens and towels included. Housekeeping service available (is not included, you have to pay for this service- for long stays, we recommend every 2 weeks.) - The baby crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be payed to cover its transfer - Building with elevator. Guest access The building has no amenities. Other things to note Check-out should be at 10 am, and check in at 2 pm onwards. Check-in during between 6:00 pm and 9:00 am has an extra cost of USD 20, that should be payable in cash upon check-in.
