The neighbourhood is very chic, known for its' art galleries and cafés. 2 bedroom apartment in a rationalist style building. on 3rd floor with a small elevator. A spacious main bedroom with a king sized bed, the second bedroom has a twin sized bed and wall to wall closet. An extra space serves as a study and a beautiful library. A main bathroom with a tub and a second toilette. High ceilings, colourful walls add to the charm. The space Third floor overlooking street in antique and well preserved building. Elevator. High ceilings and wooden floors (antique!) decorated with cheerful colors and dedication. - Kitchen - Toilette - Living and Dining room - Main bedroom - Bedroom 2 (small with wall to wall closet) - Bathroom - Desk/study Fully equipped and furnished with all the commodities necessary to enjoy your stay. WIFI and cable TV (flat screen). Washing Machine. Fits comfortably 3/4 people. A couple and children. Not ideal for 2 couples as the second bedroom is small with 2 twin sized Beds that can't be joined. Guest access The whole apartment
