Amazing retreat penthouse, historic center of Buenos Aires. Full floor with kitchen/dining room, bathroom, laundry room, living/dining room, piano, double room and terrace on the 1st level. On the second floor it has a small room with a simple bed, a placard and a desk and its own bathroom. Air conditioning, washing machine, natural ventilation, lighting, etc. will make your stay in my apartment great time in Buenos Aires, I look forward to seeing you! The space The apartment belongs to an old rationalist building, natural wood floors and high ceilings. Sophisticated architecture framed this beautiful apartment, ample space connected by a hallway with stained glass windows to the living room with sofa and piano. Finally, the master bedroom with a large closet overflows on a terrace towards St. Martin Street overlooking the Kavanagh! Guest access they can access the entire apartment on the ground floor, where is the kitchen, the dining room the main bathroom, the master bedroom and the balcony, also in the laundry room. On the top floor or above penthouse there is a small room that is the second room for a third guest, which has its own bathroom.
