This beautiful 4 room apartment of almost 60m2 located in the heart of Buenos Aires is the ideal option to come on vacation or work in style! Old but functional building and apartment, two blocks from AV CORRIENTES. Very spacious and bright, it transports you to a simpler time, without losing the comforts of the 21st century. Its privileged location allows us to have a wide range of options to get to know the gastronomy and culture, or to come for work and be close to everything! The space This spectacular accommodation has the distinction of preserving almost all of its structures and wood details. Recently remodeled as you will see in the photos, it is a predominant element within the apartment, and it is what makes it so warm and open in all seasons of the year. It is a very cool and bright place, with natural light coming in almost all day in all rooms. The main room, with its double bed, antique closets and windows at the front of the building, is the room that receives the most light together with the second room. This one has two full-size beds, one being a trundle bed, which can be moved as desired and the same style of windows and closets. Both rooms are crossed by a hallway, with the full bathroom in between, which has its bathtub. Further on, we have the living room with the built-in decorative fireplace, an armchair, all decorated according to the period to continue with the same style throughout the apartment. The open layout leads directly to the dining room for six people. These two large rooms, being attached, almost become a single huge room. In addition, in the dining room, we have the air conditioning that leads to the bedrooms and the television, which can be moved depending on where we are. Before reaching the kitchen, on our left we go out to the beautiful balcony in the building's airwell. In the evening, it is an impressive place with the sunset, full of energy. Finally, we go to the kitchen that has a microwave, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, 4 burners and full dishes for more than 4 people. At the back of it there is a smaller room to store things, work, etc. overlooking the balcony. The entire apartment has Wi-Fi of over 150MB. The TV has cable and is Smart. It has a beautiful view of the city, is located on the 5th floor, and there is an elevator in the building. For heating, we have stoves, air conditioning in the living room, fans, and blankets. Other things to note In an emergency or if you can't coordinate, the keys may have to be searched for in Recoleta or Villa Crespo. Upon confirmation of the reservation, a number of details may be requested including, but not limited to, government identification information and documentation photography of all guests of legal age. This information is required to comply with the regulations of the establishment.
