Main points of interest within walking distance: Florida Street and Galerias Pacifico (1 minute); Buquebus Ferry terminal or Corrientes Avenue (5 min); Puerto Madero, Casa Rosada, Colon Theatre or the Obelisk (15 min). The building has 24/7 security so no need to worry, you'll be safe with us. The space Check in/out: If you'd like to check in/out at a different time, feel free to ask, we're flexible. The flat has a spacious living room, a balcony, fully-equipped kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It gets hot in Buenos Aires, but don't worry, all rooms have A/C. The flat is on the 16th floor and its balcony gives you a lovely view of Cordoba Avenue and downtown Buenos Aires. Sit outside, have a cup of coffee and take it all in. Bedroom 1: 1 double bed (190x140cm) with a big closet to store all your luggage and clothes, with hangers and everything you'll need. Bedroom 2: 1 small double bed (190x120cm). This room doesn't have a closet, but there's one in the corridor right next to it. Bathrooms: 1 big one with a bathtub and bidet. The small one with a toilet and a small auxiliary shower. Kitchen: comes fully equipped. Brand new fridge-freezer, a bar where you can have breakfast, a blender, juicer, toaster, coffee machine and oven. Comes with kitchen utensils and silverware. It also comes with a brand new washing mashine and a dryer rack. The building has 24/7 security with a doorman at the reception at all times
