The apartment is in the heart of the mythical San Telmo/Montserrat neighborhood. A bright, double-height, 120 m2 space with a large library. You'll love the big sofa! There are 2 large en-suite bedrooms (each with a private bathroom). The 5th guest will sleep on a comfortable mattress, or on the large sofa bed. The kitchen is integrated into the dining room and living room, with all the amenities. There is a laundry room inside the house. Most importantly, I love personalized hospitality. The space The house is very comfortable and cozy. To make your stay more enjoyable you can use the dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, blender, toaster, bread oven. Everything is electric to avoid the risk of gas. There's even a body and foot massager! All floors are made of wood, very warm. And the balcony is beautiful!
