Beautiful, modern apartment in a new building, located on the border between Villa Crespo and Palermo. Close to everything yet in a quiet area. Only 4 blocks from Movistar Arena. New building, super comfortable, with electronic locks and 24-hour security. Central hot water and heating, air conditioning (cool/heat) in every room, TV, high-speed wifi, balcony, washer-dryer—it has it all. The space The apartment is very bright. You enter into the living-dining-kitchen area, which leads to the balcony with two loungers. The living room has a sofa that converts into a double bed, along with a cable TV. The dining area has six chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking and dining in the apartment (although there are excellent restaurants in the neighborhood). It also has a washer-dryer and a drying rack to hang clothes in the sun if you prefer. (no microwave but you have two electric ovens) The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds and a desk. All bedding, pillows, and blankets are provided at no extra cost. The apartment is completed by a half-bath and a full bathroom with a shower (no bathtub), toilet, and bidet. Basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper are provided. Guest access Complete and private access to all the apartment Other things to note ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION POLICY In order to promote responsible use of energy, a limit of 400 kWh per month is established as the normal and reasonable consumption.
