Comfortable and spacious 70m2 apartment in Colegiales with a balcony in front. It has a living room that opens onto the balcony and a modern semi-integrated kitchen with breakfast bar; very naturally lit. The apartment is ideally offered for 2/3 guests. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed, a large closet, and access to the balcony. The second room is ideal for teleworking or a 3rd guest, and has a comfortable full bed. In some cases the 4th smaller bed can be used. Very well-equipped, ideal for living. The space (Please read the “HOUSE RULES” section for this agreement in advance and avoid any inconvenience! Thank you.) It is an updated apartment in a classic building located on a major avenue in Colegiales, which is a quiet and beautiful neighborhood increasingly in demand by tourists and locals. Guest access Laura or Cecilia, the co-hosts, will be ready to welcome you and help you with check-in/out and whatever you need to know about our city. Other things to note The apartment is for 3 comfortable people and a 4th bed could accommodate a child or someone who can eventually sleep in the slightly smaller sailor bed
