If you’re traveling with a kid, this place is perfect for you! We’ve spent years turning this old-style duplex into a home, blending antique charm with modern comfort. Over the past decade, our home has grown with us, from a couple to a family of three. It’s not perfectly polished, but that’s what gives it soul. If you appreciate authenticity over perfection, I think you’ll love it here! Out Aunt Monica is helping us to manage our casita, she will help you during your stay. Hope you like it! The space Our home features a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a spacious master bedroom with a king-size bed, and a cozy children's room filled with toys. The ground floor also includes a bathroom with a tub and a covered patio. On the mezzanine, there's an office with a standing desk and a sofa. Further up, you'll find a large rooftop with a grill, perfect for unwinding. This space is ideal for adventurous travelers and families who embrace local culture while staying close to the city's vibrant areas. Trendy coffee shops and the unique charm of an evolving neighborhood are just a short walk away. Guest access There is a main entrance shared with the neighbors. You’ll have to walk down the hallway to find our door. We love staying in places with kids' toys when we travel, and we want to share that experience with our guests enjoying our son's bedroom. Please kindly take care of this space. We appreciate your consideration in keeping it cozy and welcoming for future guests! Other things to note • To maintain the space, Sandra, our lovely cleaning person, comes weekly on Thursday mornings. She is someone we trust completely. Please note that this service does not include personal laundry or dishes. This service is not optional, so if you’re not comfortable with it, kindly let us know in advance. • Our Wi-Fi plan offers 300 Mbps. While it generally works well by Argentina’s standards, please understand that the speed may sometimes vary. • Cockroaches can be common in the hot and humid climate of Buenos Aires. We fumigate yearly and provide plenty of repellents, but we cannot guarantee you won’t see any, especially during the summer months. • While the patio is covered, heavy rain can cause some leakage. Please avoid leaving electronics or valuables on the patio during rainy weather to prevent any damage. •You’re very welcome to work from home during your stay — the space is cozy and Wi-Fi is reliable. However, offering any kind of service from the house (whether paid or not) is not allowed. This includes activities like teaching classes, photo sessions, or inviting clients/students over.
