I brought the whole family to this fantastic place with plenty of space to feel at home while you're away from home. Villa Ortuzar is a paradise full of trees, calm and tranquility even with all the means of transportation very close. You'll find bars, restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies. On the corner, literally half a block from the house, is the Naesqui bookstore bar*, where cultural activities with a Buenos Aires identity take place and specialty coffee is served. The space The house is spread over three loft-style floors that are well-lit, airy and spacious. The ground floor has two entrances, one leads to the inside of the house and the other to the outside patio. Upon entering we arrive at the hall, where hanging coats and purses or handbags is very practical, plus a comfortable living room with two three-body armchairs and a coffee table, it also has a desk and a comfortable retro armchair to work. Then we find the dining room and the semi-integrated kitchen. This room overlooks the patio with plants, a table with a chair to have the option of having breakfast outdoors and a bathroom-laundry with a washing machine and a clothesline in case it rains, there is also a clothesline on the first floor terrace. First floor: main bathroom with shower and bathtub and two single beds, it has brand new air conditioning and ceiling fan and here we also have a workspace. Second floor: double bed, reading space and work space with desk and comfortable retro armchair in black eco-leather. It has air conditioning, a table and two small chairs to have tea while watching the sunset or an impromptu lunch. It has a place to store clothes and a small toilet bathroom, on this top floor you can see a large terrace and go outside that connects the patios and the exit by a very comfortable and safe iron staircase
