If you're looking for a place to stay for weeks or months, where you can work comfortably, enjoy privacy, and your family or friends can feel at home too — you've found it. There are 3 separate bedrooms, two of them with desks, natural light, and workspace. Exclusive access to a large terrace with grill — perfect for sunsets, dining outdoors, or letting kids play freely. No buildings around, just the sound of birds. The space The house has two independent units with a shared entrance. The rental unit is the upper floor, reserved exclusively for guests. It’s spacious and bright, with high wooden ceilings, fully equipped for long stays, and a terrace that feels like a natural extension of the space. The ground floor is occasionally used by our family (not shared) and includes a covered garage for vehicles up to 3.5 meters long. Guest access The property has a smart lock for guest autonomy and security. Access is through a single shared entrance. From the hallway, you reach the guest entrance (we’ll leave the key ready), and from there, stairs lead directly to your private floor. The downstairs unit is used occasionally by our family and does not interfere with your stay
