Enjoy comfort and luxury in this new 4-room apartment, designed to offer an exclusive experience during your Airbnb stay The space It is an apartment located on the ground floor of an 8-story building completely redone. It has a living room with a large table for 6 people, an armchair, a coffee table and a 43-inch TV. It has 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a bunk bed and another bedroom at the back with a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with a TV, and the back bedroom has a bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and is a comfortable environment in the house and has a breakfast bar. In the patio there is a laundry room with an automatic washing machine and clothesline. The patio faces the building's air shaft and was very dark. We decided to enclose and brighten it, making it another spacious room in the house. This apartment has everything you need for either a short or long stay in one of the best locations in the city of Buenos Aires, for study trips, tourism, or work alike
