Modern, spacious and bright flat in San Telmo, with exciting cityscape views from the 11th floor. Two blocks from Plaza Dorrego and 10 min walk from Puerto Madero. Three bedrooms, large living and dining area, one bathroom and two WCs. The space Gorgeous, very spacious three bedroom self-catering flat (110 m2) in the heart of the tango neighbourhood of Buenos Aires, San Telmo. Two minutes walk from plaza Dorrego (the centre of historical San Telmo), ten minutes walk from Puerto Madero, the new up-scale neighbourhood of buenos aires and fifteen minutes walk from costanera sur nature reserve. Surrounded by numerous restaurants and bars, and many famous Milongas. This property is our family's home away from home. This is our own holiday home when we are in Buenos Aires, so we have made it really comfortable and well-equipped for a family with young children. Unlike many dark older houses in San Telmo, our flat is bathed in light all day long, and from all possible orientations and is very airy. We love the cityscape views from the 11th floor, which are especially gorgeous in the night and at dawn. Guest access Ideal for two to four people, with two double bedrooms. A fifth guest or a child can be accommodated in a single bedroom (cot bed available). The single bedroom is connected without door to the second bedroom, making it ideal for a small child. The flat is fully equipped and benefits from plenty of light and impressive urban views from the 11th floor. Easy access from and to Ezeiza international airport and very well connected with multiple bus lines. The flat comprises gas cooker with electric fan oven, tableware and kitchenware, linen and towels, and air-conditioning in the master bedroom and the living room. The second bedroom has a ceiling fan. The flat has one main bath room (with shower and bath tub) and two additional WCs. Other things to note We have recently replaced all windows towards the street with modern double glazed windows, which better insulates and reduces sounds from the street. We have recently changed internet provider and now have a fast 50MB connection from Fibertel
