In the heart of the Recoleta District, the most elegant and extremely safe neighbourhood, you find this quiet and magic spot. Four bedrooms each with its AC unit and private bathroom en-suite; amazing living room, dining room for 14 guests, a very well equipped kitchen make of this a great intimate place where to spend holidays in Buenos Aires when travelling with a group. We can provide food service, breakfast, lunch, dinner, Asados at the terrace. Pets and children are very welcome. The space The apartment has four rooms, each with a private bathroom and air conditioning. The main room features a king-sized bed. The other two rooms feature queen-size beds, and the last room has 3 single beds. In case you need extra beds, the library space has a sofa with 2 single mattresses. The living room is spacious and bright, with many artistic details and a 40”TV. The house has a library and a dining room, the large table can accommodate 18 people. The kitchen is very well equipped, with two ovens and two refrigerators. The guests have access to a beautiful terrace with a small but refreshing pool. The terrace is private from this apartment, with direct access. There's also a grill to cook delicious Argentine meat and make great BARBECUES. We also offer the option to host a barbecue experience (at an additional cost. ) The apartment also has a space with a clothes washer, shared with other guest. Guest access You are renting an entire apartment so that you can access and enjoy all that is inside it. The terrace is private. The building does not have common spaces with guest access, except for the entrance hall and elevator. The laundry room is a shared area with another apartment. Other things to note Cleaning: We can help you cook, clean and organize your stay so you can enjoy this beautiful city. If you want daily cleaning the cost is US 10 from Monday to Friday and US 15 on Saturdays and Sundays. Guests: We want you to enjoy the house and you can invite friends, up to 15 additional people to guests, but you must ask for authorization BEFORE booking. There will be a $100 additional cleaning fee. Check in and Check out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM. If possible, an "Early check-in" will be offered from 8:00 at a cost of 30% of the daily rate. Check-out time is at 10:00 and if possible a "Late check out" will be offered until 17:00 at a cost of 30% of the daily rate
