This beautiful house is situated in the middle of Palermo Soho and the well known outlet area. The space This beautiful house is situated in the middle of Palermo Soho and the well known outlet area. The neighborhood is known for its shopping, outlets stores, nightlife and restaurants. The perfect spot to share among friends, up to ten or eleven persons. On the ground floor you can find a nice reception area with 2 toilets, washing room , office with sofabed and a bedroom with a queen bed. There is a big living room with a large sofa , fireplace and LCD tv and a dining area. The kitchen is very spacious with plenty space to cook and fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher and a complete set of dishes. At the back there is the small garden with lots of green offering a private pool , parrilla and eating area. On the first floor you can find the master bedroom, with a queen bed, a balcony facing the garden, a en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi and a private dressing room. Furthermore there are three more bedrooms, one with a queen bed, another with two single beds and the last one with one single bed and another underneath. Between two bedrooms is a small and nice outdoor area which brings a lot of light. There is also a terrace facing the street with tables and chairs. The house is equipped with air conditioning/heating, garage , cleaning and pool man once a week, wifi internet. The perfect spot for a large family or group of couples.
