Thanks to its prime location, you can explore the most beautiful and iconic parts of our city on foot, and you have access to the main modes of transportation. The space The house has four modern and very bright bedrooms. Of these, 3 are en-suite rooms with modern, fully equipped bathrooms: Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (suite) One room with 2 single beds (suite) One room with a single bed. A fifth service room with a bathroom outside. All bedrooms are new and equipped with white bedding. Among other features, this exclusive house is known for its two wood-burning fireplaces and its large garden, which create a cozy and warm atmosphere. The house is connected by long, elegant hallways that link the different spaces. The living/dining room is spacious and has large windows that let in natural light and sunshine. It features a table for at least 10 people, comfortable armchairs, and a wood-burning fireplace. It also opens onto another, more intimate living room, also with a wood-burning fireplace—perfect for relaxing! The kitchen is very spacious, fully equipped with everything you need and much more: dishes, cooking utensils, wine glasses, drinking glasses, plates, sushi set, etc. Everything is new and high-quality. Modern, large refrigerator with freezer, ideal for storing everything you might need. Connected to the kitchen via a door, there is a laundry room with everything you need: washing machine, drying rack, storage spaces, and a view of an internal courtyard in the heart of the house. The outdoor gallery is furnished for enjoying the outdoors and looking out over the garden, which is surrounded by trees and lots of greenery that will make you forget you're in the city. It has a brand-new outdoor kitchen, complete with a bar, table, and a huge grill, perfect for barbecues and large gatherings! The quincho is equipped with a modern refrigerator with a freezer and a bathroom that has been renovated to look like new. Wi-Fi, hot/cold air conditioning in all rooms, and an LCD TV in most of them. The stay includes free parking inside the house. Bed linens and towels. Two cleaning services included during the stay, and more can be added if required (at an additional cost) Access to the house can be either exclusively and independently through the property's garage or through the main entrance of the building, which is shared with 3 other apartments. The house is located in the PB of said PH. Thanks to its prime location, just a 500-meter walk away, you will find the iconic Barrancas de Belgrano and the vibrant Barrio Chino, with its wide range of dining and cultural offerings. The renowned Cabildo Avenue, with its shops, banks, and restaurants, is just 300 meters away. Bajo Belgrano, with its excellent dining options such as Páru and Cocina Paradiso, is just a short walk away. Additionally, the house is strategically located near the main modes of transportation: buses, subways, and the train that connects with the northern part of the province of Buenos Aires, making it ideal for exploring the charming towns of San Isidro, Tigre, and Victoria, and enjoying the river. The train station is one of the most modern in the city and is just 400 meters away.
