Hidden ¨Paradise House¨ in the heart of Palermo Hollywood! Unique house in the coolest spot in Buenos Aires. This is a unique space, it has a house vibe with a modern day and city style. The space Very modern five-bedroom house/apartment, with a huge patio with nice plants and Barbeque. It is located in the heart of Palermo Hollywood, an area full of restaurants, coffee-shops, pubs and designer shops. Niceto Vega is a a street with plenty of bars. The house is in the center of the block, away from most of the noise of the street, it is an oasis in the middle of the city. Every room is air conditioned. The first floor offers a bright living-dinning room area with two comfortable sofas, a dinning table, a well equipped kitchen, one half-bath, and two Suite Bedrooms. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms: the main bedroom with King-sized bed and an in suite bathroom, and the other two bedrooms with one queen-sized bed each. There is a spacious bathroom for shared use by the other two bedrooms. The house is equipped with Internet, WiFi and cable access, cable HD TV, One 55¨ TV in the Living room, and one 33¨ TV in the master bedroom, air conditioning, fridge with a freezer, microwave, Dishwasher, linens and towels. There’s also a laundry room with a washing and dryer machine. In the outdoor BBQ area there’s another table with chairs, to grill and serve the best ARGENTINEAN ASADO (BBQ).. If you stay more than a week the rate includes a housekeeping service once weekly. Not apply if you ask for a special offer. A great option, top design, and the best location!
