The space Welcome to our spacious 170 m2 apartment! It is the perfect place for families or large groups who wish to enjoy an excellent location in the city. We are meters from the most beautiful parks and major tourist attractions in the city, including the famous Floralis Generica, the Faculty of Law, the Recoleta Cemetery, Plaza Francia, the National Library and the Recoleta Mall. The apartment has five comfortable bedrooms, three full bathrooms for added comfort. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. In addition, we have air conditioning in all rooms for your comfort during your stay. Our apartment also has a storage space and a separate laundry room for your convenience. In addition, there are 2 single sofa beds to accommodate 2 additional guests. High speed internet is available to keep you connected at all times. Guest access We have a brand new app called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit by this channel. The deposit is refunded between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the app, you will have a direct contact with your personal host. Deposits vary between USD 50 for studio apartments and 1 bedroom to USD 800 for 8 or more bedrooms. (Deposit payment does not apply to Airbnb guests) Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time. Other things to note Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available).
