6 new, modern and functional apartments, ideal for a comfortable stay for many in the heart of Buenos Aires. Located on Sarmiento Street, 1 block from Florida Street, in the heart of the Microcentro. Steps from Av. Corrientes, the Obelisk, theaters, cafes, and bars. With the subway and buses nearby, you can walk around the city or easily get to any neighborhood. Each unit has a new and spacious bathroom, Smart TV, hot/cold air conditioning and everything you need for your comfort! The space These new apartments combine comfort and practicality so you can make the most of your stay in Buenos Aires. Access is via an electronic lock, which allows for easy and secure check-in. All have a 140 cm double bed with bed linen included, Smart TV and WiFi. Compact but practical kitchen, equipped with microwave, minibar, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker, perfect for preparing a breakfast or something quick. A new and spacious en-suite bathroom with shower, hot water and toiletries included. Depending on the unit you get, you'll have a small living room with a table and chair, or a desk for remote work. Some have an old window where the sun comes in. In the building you can enjoy a shared patio with tables and chairs, perfect for relaxing, and a space to store luggage available if you need it before check-in or after check-out. Guest access The building has security cameras at the entrance and common sectors. Other things to note We are happy to welcome you and want to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Check-in time is between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm, and check-out must be done by 10:00 am. If you need to check in earlier or check out a little later, you can write to us and we'll be happy to see if it's available. These options are confirmed 24 hours in advance. Please note that check-ins after 9:00 pm are self check-ins only. If you prefer to secure an early check-in or a late check-out, you can book them as an additional service. Upon arrival you will find basic provisions to make you feel comfortable from the moment you arrive. The replacement of these items during the stay is the responsibility of the guest. Cleaning during your stay or changing sheets and towels is not included, but if you wish, we can arrange an extra service so you can enjoy your time here even more.
