Enjoy the simplicity of this quiet and conveniently located home. The space Lovely apartment with balcony ! Very quiet and spacious, with pool on premises. Perfect for people who want to come to the most lively part of the city, it's an area with lots of restaurants and bars. Close to transportation to get around what you want. It has all the comforts, including in winter the adjustable radiant slab that keeps the apartment very comfortable to be in, and for the summer it has 2 air conditioners. It has Laundry and a pool, it should be clarified that these areas are common. Guest access The building has: - An outdoor pool: It is exclusively for guests. It is forbidden to enter with people who do not stay in the apartment. Available in season from November 1 till March 31 from 9 am to 9 pm. - Sun deck - Laundry with payment tokens - 24h security through the company Prosegur (totem). Other things to note - CHECK IN: From 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Coordinate schedule so that staff can be available.
