This studio apartment is centrally located just a few blocks away from the University of Buenos Aires Medical School. The apartment is quiet and bright. It is on the second floor (no elevator) of a two story building facing a patio. There is a large window to get fresh air and lots of sunlight. The apartment has a pull down bed with a queen mattress that is very light and easy to use to maximize the space. There is a great work space with a large desk and plenty of plugs ideal to work or study. The space The studio apartment is 25 square meters and has high ceilings making it very spacious. The kitchen is separate. It is small but funcional. It has an full size electric stove and oven and plenty of cabinet space. There is a large window that feces a patio. It is vey quiet and gets lots of sunlight during the day. The closet is very large and there is lots of space for clothes and even for large pieces of luggage. There is a work area with a large desk with draws ideal to work or study and the high speed fiber optic internet gets you the best connection with 500 mbps. The full bathroom has a bathtub and shower and was recently redone
