Located in Belgrano R, a residential neighborhood surrounded by green spaces, and a few blocks from the subway, train, and buses. Ideal for rest and getting to know the city. The space Our apartment is a single room with a view of the apple lung, which makes the balcony an ideal place to have breakfast and start the day with energy. Very bright, modern, and practical. The bathroom is spacious, the placards have drawers, hangers, and plenty of space to accommodate well. On the 9th floor the building is the terrace, which has a solarium and a swimming pool. Summer season 2024/2025 the pool and solarium are under repair, they cannot be used.
