We have several new and fully-equipped studios in the same two-tower complex with all amenities available to guests. All apartments have a TV, air conditioning, heating, towels, sheets, blankets, and kitchen utensils. The building has 24-hour security, elevators, a swimming pool, solarium, gym, laundry, function room, and green spaces. Opposite is a beautiful and large park "Los Andes" for recreation and sports. The space The apartments are new, unused, very spacious and comfortable, with a modern design and Scandinavian Nordic decor. Equipped with the best things to make you feel very comfortable and that you don't miss anything. It is ideal for groups of 4, 6 people as they can stay in several studios in the same building with total privacy and comfort for everyone (CHECK AVAILABILITY) Information on electricity consumption for long stays: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest! To ensure a comfortable and environmentally responsible experience, we inform you that for reservations of 20 days or more, we apply an electricity consumption policy. If electricity use exceeds 500 kWh during your stay, an additional charge may apply for excess consumption. This measure helps us promote efficient energy use, which we value very much. Guest access It is a requirement for entering the accommodation to send the identification of all passengers in advance to be registered in the building and to enable access to it Other things to note Before booking, please check the check-in and check-out times.
