The space Bedroom: · Queen-size bed (1.60 m) with a high-quality mattress and two types of pillows for the perfect rest. · 2 bedding options: European-style cotton sheets (duvet with cover and fitted sheet) and synthetic microfiber sheets. If no preference is specified, we’ll provide the ones currently available! · Blackout and sheer curtains, offering natural light and privacy. · Floating bedside tables with outlets and individual reading lamps. · Plenty of storage space with a hanging rod and shelves. Balcony: · Equipped with a folding table and chairs, perfect for enjoying the fresh air and relaxing. Living and Work Area: · Folding desk with shelves and adjustable LED lighting (cool/warm), ideal for work or study. · Reliable Wi-Fi, suitable for video calls and remote work. · 32’’ TV with Chromecast, compatible with apps like Netflix and Spotify, accessible via Google Home (Android 9.0 and iOS 16.0 or later). · Gray velvet sofa, floor lamp, and wooden coffee table. Kitchen: · Spacious breakfast bar with stools. · Fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven, small appliances, and two coffee makers (Nespresso and drip). · Stylish dishware and utensils, including a sushi set, pizza board, bowls, serving dishes, and more. Bathroom: · Shower, bathtub, toilet, and bidet, with essential toiletries provided. · Spacious vanity cabinet and large mirror. · Laundry area with a washing machine, drying rack, and ironing accessories. Amenities on the 10th Floor: · Outdoor pool (not heated), available from November 15 to March 15. · Barbecue grill. · Lounge room (SUM) with changing rooms and bathroom. · Use of the lounge room and barbecue is available by prior reservation, subject to availability. Parking: · Available 240 m from the apartment for an additional cost, subject to availability. · For compact or small vehicles only. Security: · The building has security cameras at all entry points and at the elevator entrance on the ground floor, monitored 24/7. Guest access The building, inaugurated in 2023, offers all the modern comforts you need: · Swimming pool in the 10th floor with open view · Multipurpose room and barbecue available -upon prior consultation/reservation- *The amenities are shared and managed by the building’s administration. We are not responsible if they are under maintenance, require repairs, or are temporarily unavailable. No claims or refunds will be accepted regarding their availability. Other things to note · Free parking in the street. · Cleaning service available every 7 days upon request (with extra cost). · Stays over 28 nights: free cleaning every 15 days, with 2 sets of sheets and towels included. · No smoking inside the apartment. · Quiet hours: 10 PM to 9 AM. · Valid international ID required at booking. · Daily rate includes 5kW of energy; excess will be charged to the guest. Failure to comply with house rules will result in a $200 fine
