On the fourth floor of a modern building with an elevator, swimming pool with solarium and services, the apartment is fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay and we will also personally make sure that you get all the comfort you deserve. Perfect for solo travelers or couples who also want to get to know Buenos Aires! The space The apartment is perfect for couples and solo travelers. Located on the fourth floor of a modern building (with elevator). The apartment has everything you may need during your stay, a fully-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, high-definition TV, hairdryer, and if you need anything else, please request it before your arrival. We also have a swimming pool where you can relax after a long day of work or simply walking around the city with a beautiful green park next to it, something highly coveted in the city center. If you come by car, we have garages in the building that you can rent for your convenience. The location is perfectly connected by public transportation, buses, and subway, just three blocks from the "Independencia" station (Line C). Guest access You can access the apartment through the main entrance, which has a wheelchair ramp and an elevator to all floors. Dear guest, please review the check-in time as it must be respected. We do not have 24-hour staff in the building
