This is a new and modern building with full amenities, including a beautiful outdoor rooftop pool, gymnasium, sauna, WiFi, laundry, and 24hr security. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and a subway station all within 2 blocks. The space ¡Hola! I have a lovely modern loft in historic San Telmo available with full amenities included. The loft itself is very spacious, sleeps up to three people comfortably (with very comfortable pull-out couch-beds), has a fully-stocked kitchen, bed-linens, towels, and and ample balcony. The loft stays very bright during the day, although there are heavy curtains that can be pulled if you're planning on have some late-nights while in the city. Beds are one queen and two single. The loft also has high-speed WiFi internet, twenty-four hour security, a lovely pool, gymnasium, sauna and rooftop terrace with comfortable couches to sit and have cocktails while watching the sunset over the city. The building itself is situated only a block and a half from the C line of the subway (the only line which to connects to every other line in the city), and has numerous buses which pass frequently on the adjacent streets. The loft itself also faces an interior courtyard so that it stays very peaceful and quiet twenty-four hours a day, which is a fantastic benefit in a city which gets as noisy as Buenos Aires. The San Telmo neighborhood is known for its beautiful colonial style architecture, vibrant history, tango bars (especially around Plaza Dorrego, which has live tango dancing on some evenings in the plaza), languid pace. It's a great place to be if you want to be in the middle of anything but still escape the frenetic pace of the city. Within one to two blocks of the loft you will find a well-stocked neighborhood grocery store, several lovely and stylish restaurants and cafes, a Buenos Aires style heladeria (and in case you didn't know, this city just might have the best ice-cream in the world) and a small take-out place with great empanadas and other pre-prepared specialties like milanesas and such. Within walking distance you can also reach the stylish and modern Puerto Madero (with fantastic restaurants, a riverside natural reserve, and popular bars),with a short cab ride, la Boca (a fun and colorful tourist spot filled with history, tango restaurants and brightly painted cottages - its also where the city's main futbol/soccer stadium is), the congress of Argentina, the financial center of the city, and, of course, Plaza Dorrego. Also, all fees (services, WiFi, etc.) are included in the rental cost of the loft. I'll also ask for a deposit which will be returned to you at the time of your departure.
