The space Excellent Luxury Studio in a nice area of Belgrano / Nuñez, just a few blocks from the subway, the area offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in the city. The apartment is in a high class building. The Studio offers a living area with comfortable design sofas, carefully selected continuing the line of architecture of the apartment. It has a dining area with a beautiful marble table and 4 design chairs. The open kitchen, American style is fully equipped and ready to entertain guests. The bedroom area has a new double bed somier with first line LINEN . It has an LCD TV with cable, air conditioning and a small library with carefully selected units to the delight of the guests. It also has a nice balcony overlooking the street with double glazed openings, which sound-proof the studio perfectly. Also, a Full bathroom with bathtub and large closets. IMPORTANT: -Cleaning charges only includes services at checkin and checkout. If you need aditional services during the stay, please ask for it. -There’s no laundry but you can find a very good one just next to the building (service with cost). -The general conditions of the apartment at checkout time will be considered for guest's evaluations. -Parking available in the building with aditional cost. -KIDS AND PETS NOT ALLOWED.
