We invite you to stay in this beautiful internal, super quiet, modern single room ideal for two people with all the comforts so that you can feel at home. An unbeatable location, meters from Alto Palermo shopping and various means of transport so you can tour the city and its tourist spots. We look forward to seeing you ! The space The studio is on a 9th floor by elevator, it is internal , quiet and bright. It is located on Avenida Santa Fe 50 meters from Shopping Alto Palermo. Information on electricity consumption for long stays: We want you to make the most of your stay! To ensure a comfortable and responsible experience with the environment, we inform you that for reservations of 20 days or more, we apply an electricity consumption policy. If during your stay electricity use exceeds 500 kWh, an extra charge for excess consumption could be generated. This measure helps us promote an efficient use of energy, something we value very much. We appreciate your cooperation and are available for any inquiries. We are here to ensure you have a great stay! Guest access The studio has wifi, cable TV. Full kitchen with super modern dishes, wine glasses, Champagne, beer. Mugs for breakfast , fridge under table, and oven with electric anafe. Everything is completely electric, super safe , we do not have a carbon monoxide detector since it is not necessary. 150 x 190 Bed Time Sommier. We provide sheets , towel and towels ( 1 set per guest per stay) shampoo and conditioner, shower soap. Other things to note Between 15hs and 20hs we agreed a specific time to meet at the accommodation and receive you. You arrive later? no problem, although we receive in the apartment until 8 pm , you can remove the keys from our pickup point (in the center, Av Cordoba and Av Callao) and make a self check-in . Do you need to get in before 3pm? If possible I can just confirm the day before your arrival, since that same day is probably vacating 10am and the time is right to prepare it
