It is located on the second floor, has a balcony overlooking the street, and also, with a comfortable internal patio with outdoor table and armchairs. We have: *Sommier queen size of 1.60 mts wide x 1.90 mts long, or 2 twin size sommier of 80 cm wide x 1.90 mts long (as required by the guest). *Full bathroom with bathtub. Hair dryer. *Desk with chair to work. * WI FI (HIGH SPEED 300 MB). *Black out roller blinds. *Large closets with hangers. Iron. *AC cold-heat.
