Located in one of the best part of Palermo, this listing is the best option if you want to stay for a week or a month in the electric city of Buenos Aires. The space A Studio of approximately 45m2 with 7m2 of balcony. It is located on Oro&Paraguay st., in the heart of Palermo Soho. It has a super comfortable King Size bed, a 50 inches curve TV and air conditioning. A full bathroom with a bathtub. An armchair and table and a kitchen bar. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook during your stay. Guests will have: * Smart-Curve TV in the living room. * Air conditioning hot / cold * Full kitchen with all appliances (refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, stove, etc.) * Closet with hangers. Iron. * Hair dryer. * Washing machine (in the building) * WIFI 100 MB speed. * Towels and sheets included. * Safety box The building has an elevator and stairs. Cleaning service is not included, it can be requested and has an extra cost. For long stays, we recommend cleaning every 15 days. -The crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be paid to cover its transfer- Guest access The building has the following common spaces: * Security during the night * Pool and solarium.
