Relax in this elegant and quiet studio located in the heart of Las Cañitas. This unique place has its own style, as it was decorated and thought in every detail to make your stay unforgettable! Located on Soldado de la Independencia st & Gorostiaga st, just 2 blocks away from del Libertador Avenue and close to "Hipódromo de Palermo", "Lago de Palermo" and "El Rosedal" Park. The space This elegant studio is located on the 6th floor with a large balcony overlooking the street. It has an integrated kitchen and direct sunlight throughout the morning and midday. APARTMENT FEATURES: *Queen size bed of 1,60 mts wide x 2mts long. *Placard with hangers. Iron *Black out roller blinds *AC heat/cold *TV with Chromecast in the living room and in the bedroom. *Fully equipped kitchen with: 2-burner ceramic stove, built-in electric oven, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, microwave, refrigerator with freezer. *WIFI with 100 MB speed *Bathroom with shower box, hairdryer. *Towels and sheets included. The building has elevator and stairs. Swimming pool on the terrace Cleaning service is not included but can be requested at an extra cost. For long stays we recommend cleaning service every 15 days. -The crib is subject to availability, a fee of USD 20 must be paid to cover its transfer- Guest access The building has a little pool on the terrace. Available from November to March. Other things to note The departure time must be before 10 am and the arrival time from 2 pm onwards. Check-ins that are at dawn, that is, before 9:00 am or after 9:00 pm will have an extra cost of USD 20 that must be paid in cash at check in. Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. Pets are not allowed Parties or events are not allowed. Full name and photo of the passport or DNI will be requested at the time of booking. Also the flight number and arrival time. Only guests registered in the reservation can stay in the pool
