Modern & stylish studio located in the very heart of Palermo SoHo. Guests love the location and the character of the place. Full of light and very silent, at steps from major bus lines and subway. Strategic point to explore the city. The space Modern loft on 4th floor. Very quiet, silent and full of sunlight and open view. Two-story windows all along the apartment. Complete kitchen with a dinning area for four, living room with sofas and bedroom with a big Queen Size Bed. Fully equipped with Wi-Fi Hi Speed Cable Internet, Cable TV, HD Led 32" TV, Telephone Line (with free local calls), Cold & Warm air conditioning, Full Bathroom, Balcony, Gas Oven, Heating, fully equipped kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Toaster, Laundry. Guest access The apartment is completely yours! Other things to note A professional maid is in charge of the cleaning before your stay. Bed linen and towels are changed before every new guest arrives. No cleaning is provided during your stay, but it can be arranged at an extra cost if you need it. I'm flexible with check-in/out times and always try to arrange what's best for the guests. You can stay as long as possible with no further payment, except if there is another party either checking in/out on the same day you arrive or depart, in which case the Check-In is after 03:00 PM and Check-Out is before 10:00 AM. Please remember to send me your arrival/departure time to Buenos Aires, flight/train and airport/station so I can arrange your check in and check out
