You will love my place! It is in the heart of Palermo Hollywood. Near hundreds of bars, restaurants, coffee shops and beer shops. It is a really safe neighborhood where you will find everything you need, as markets and leisure. The space It's located in one of the best towns in the city It's surrounded by many restaurants, bars and beer shops. It is really safe area with a lot of tourists. The apartment is only three years old and is equipped with everything you'll need to make you feel at home, and if you need something else we will manage to make your stay as good as possible. Guest access The building has a pool (tiny), a bbq (argentinian parrilla) and a place to sunbathe that you can use during summer. Just at the building there are 2 coffee shops in the next 2 cornes, just cross the street, also the bakery from Asturias is awsome and they sell portions of cakes and some other food for lunch/dinner you can take to your place. The Studio has high speed WiFi, Cable TV and Netflix included. Other things to note Check-in and Out are almost by your self, as the manager of the building has keys of the appartment. And for checkout we can arrange to meet or you can leave the keys at the place
