It is ideal for long stays as it has premium equipment with top-of-the-line appliances, crockery and cookware to enjoy meals with friends and/or family and is fully equipped. It is located on one of the most picturesque streets of the neighborhood (Carranza) that also allows easy access to public transportation (subway, train, buses, and bicycles). A great advantage in this area is having a private garage in the same building. Also a small pool to cool off in summer (Nov/Feb). The location is unbeatable because it allows you to walk to restaurants like "La Mar"; "Tigre Morado"; "La Pescadorita"; "Sudestada"; "Osaka" and also very close to Palermo Soho where the famous grill "Don Julio" and "La Cabrera" are located as well as "Nino Gordo" and "Gran Dabbang".
