Top quality, new apartment in the best touristic area in Buenos Aires The space This is a full equipped apartment, in a top-quality, modern building (built in 2011). The apartment it's located in the best spot to know the city: between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, an area with cool restaurants, bars and fashion clothing stores, 1 block from the subway, 2 blocks from the botanical garden, and with transportations to anywhere you want to go in the city. (The Jorge Newbery Airport, for domestic flights to iguazu, calafate, mendoza, etc it´s just 10 minutes from the apartment!) The building have a 24/7 doorman in the lobby and have cctv security cameras in every floor, super secure. Check-ins and check-outs are very flexible when are available , so if the apartment is available in your last day, you can check out late in the afternoon. There isn't any additional charge, Wifi and HD cable are included. This is my second unit in this building, I was so happy the quality and space of the first one that I didn´t hesitated when I had the chance to purchase a new one. UPDATE: -Now with a comfy sofa-bed, the apartment can be used by 3 people! Guest access You'll be provided with a personal code for the electronic lock before your arrival
