Surrounded by Cool restaurants and fashion stores, in the middle between Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, Botanical Garden, The expo center "La Rural", etc. This is a modern, big (for an studio) 40 m2 (430 sq. ft) apartment with accommodations for 2 or 3 people. It has a full equipped kitchen (just upgraded (november 2024) with new appliances and a (Nespresso with complimentary pods) , desk, TV with HD cable, WIFI (I just upgraded it to 1GB speed) , quality queen size bed, closet, etc. It has a roof top pool, sauna, and laundry. It´s a Class A building with private vigilance, 24/7 door man and security cameras on every floor. The apartment is in an strategic location with transportations to every place you want to go (subway, bus, train, taxis) A perfect place for your touristic or business stay in Buenos Aires, Argentina
