Shopping Alto Palermo 800m, Obelisk/ Plaza de Mayo/ Palermo/ between 15 and 20 minutes by public transport...you can also walk...30 minutes walk...Sanatorio Suizo Argentina 200m, German Hospital 300m, Sanatorio Otamendi 300m, Hospital de Clinicas 400m. The space Super functional 23m2 studio. Everything is SMALL, even the bathroom IS SMALL.
