The building offers swimming pool with solarium, small gym, sauna, laundry (with extra charge) for your comfort. Feel free to book and live a Recoleta experience! The space The apartment. The Loft type apartment is very bright since it overlooks the street, it has double-glazed windows. It is fully equipped for 4 people. It has Living Dining sector where there is a sofa-bed for 1 person. A bedroom sector with double bed. Full bathroom. Full kitchen integrated into the living room with refrigerator, microwave, and cooking utensils. Cold/Heat Air Conditioning WIFI with no charge. TV x Cable. Guest access The apartment is in an exclusive building of the highest quality. In the P.B. there is a reception. The amenities are located on the top floor of the building and have a swimming pool with solarium, sauna, whirlpool, relaxation room and gym. There is also laundry ( at extra cost). Other things to note The building has 24-hour electronic security Check-in time: From 3:00 PM. Check-out time: Until 11:00 AM. The building does not have a space to leave luggage. However, we can recommend nearby places (a few minutes walk) where you can store it safely. If you need to check in before check-in time or stay after check-out time, in some cases we can offer this option at an additional cost. Please consult us to confirm availability based on your dates.
