New and Modern Studio (40m2) on a nice and quiet street, in the Saavedra neighborhood, 5 blocks from DOT Baires Shopping Mall. Fully-equipped, with a balcony and green terrace with a shared pool, ideal for chilling out! The Metrobus station that takes you to Palermo and the Center is 5 blocks from the Studio on Av.Cabildo and the ¨Congreso de Tucumán¨ Subway/Metro station is accessible 15 blocks from the studio! The space The apartment is very nice! Bigger than it looks in the photos! It has a separate kitchen with an electric oven, a refrigerator and general cooking utensils. The neighborhood is nice and very well connected to other areas of the city via buses and subway (subte). Palermo is 15-20 minutes by bus via Av. Cabildo Avenue - Santa Fe Avenue. Belgrano is a 10-minute bus ride. You can connect via bus (7-8 minutes) with the Congreso de Subte Station to travel to the Center (Recoleta, 9 de Julio, San Telmo, Puerto Madero). Saavedra Park and the Río de la Plata coast (Vicente López area) are very nice walks, to do very close to home. You will have all kinds of shops available nearby (supermarkets, bars, restaurants, ice cream parlors, kiosk to load your "Sube" card for transportation). And a Shopping Mall 5 blocks from the house (DOT Baires Shopping). You'll have everything you need for a pleasant stay. Guest access You'll have access to the multipurpose room, green terrace, and pool during the warmer months. These are shared with the neighborhood, which is generally young and respectful people. Other things to note The apartment is a comfortable studio, with good lighting and good ventilation. Wifi is Fibertel 25 Megas (megabytes/sec). The building has an elevator to comfortably carry your luggage and shopping bags up and down. Note about laundry service: We have a common washing machine for the building and the washes are free, you just need to bring soap!
