How we make money
Every listing, ranking factor, and cost breakdown is available to all users. Revenue comes from the Scout service (a fee paid by the renter on signing, for help verifying, viewing, and closing) and from agent lead referrals. Neither affects ranking position or order. Ranking is determined entirely by estimated fit and cost.
