Two blocks from the Plaza Julio Cortazar but in the tranquility of a typical passage of this tourist district of Buenos Aires. 1 room , living room, bathroom and American kitchen. Remodelado preserving the charm of old Palermo. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with working comforts and a sofa bed for a third and up to 4 additional guest. The space It is for two people comfortably in a double bed and a third but in a sofa bed in a loft. The bed is double and is in the room. The air conditioning is in the living room. For an eventual third guest there is a divan cama in the loft of the living room. The water heater is 50 liters. It's enough for a two-person bath until it reheats.
