Enjoy this accommodation in the heart of Palermo Soho. Two blocks from the Plaza Julio Cortazar but in the tranquility of a typical passage of this tourist district of Buenos Aires. 1 room , living room, bathroom and American kitchen. Remodelado preserving the charm of old Palermo. A staircase leads to a mezzanine with working comforts and a sofa bed for a third and up to 4 additional guest. The space It is for two people comfortably in a double bed and a third but in a sofa bed in a loft. The bed is double and is in the room. The air conditioning is in the living room. For an eventual third guest there is a divan cama in the loft of the living room. The water heater is 50 liters. It's enough for a two-person bath until it reheats. Guest access in front and behind the street there are two private parking lots and free street parking. Other things to note You are in the middle of Palermo Soho! With all the nightlife of bars, restaurants, clubs and cultural spaces but over a quiet passage
