Come and share with your family and friends at Vaer House. Located in Devoto, the house was designed and thought out to share: Comfortable environments to relax, such as a jacuzzi and quincho equipped with a grill, bar, kitchen for family gatherings, garden with pool, garage for two cars, work area, terrace and playroom as extra spaces to relax and have fun. More than just a place to sleep, Vaer House is a space to share and enjoy. The space This unique home has plenty of space for you to enjoy with your family or friends. A house with garden and pool in the heart of Buenos Aires. Quincho with grill and lots of space ! - All the rooms on the ground floor are for the exclusive use of the guest - Max. Permitted visits: 10 - For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to hire the pool and gardening cleaning service for 50 USD per week. Optionally, cleaning and the change of linen and bedding can be hired. - Maximum consumption per day will be 30 kWh. For example, if a group stays 5 days, they will have 150 kWh per day to consume. The difference will be paid by the group. If any liquids are spilled, just dump some water to prevent it from burning, the same applies for the pet pee. 6th Rooms & Guests > The rooms are enabled according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. > Overnight guests not included in the reservation are not allowed .> In case of non-compliance, the penalty is USD 100 per day, per person. The property features cameras 7º Private areas > Closed spaces and rooms are for the exclusive use of the owner (places of storage). > It is forbidden to force locks or access these areas. In case of non-compliance, Vaer House may use Airbnb insurance to request repair and replacement. 8th Extended Stays > For stays longer than 7 days, it is mandatory to hire the pool and gardening cleaning service on a weekly basis for 50 USD per week. > Optionally, cleaning and change of linen and bed can be contracted (at an additional cost). 9th Specific Prohibitions > Prohibited playing with ball inside and outside of the property. > Parties and events are prohibited at the house
