Magnificent renovated mansion with 4 floors with its own elevator, top floor with large Deck Solarium Terrace with Swimming Pool, Quincho with Grill, Gas Clay Oven, Kitchen, Refrigerator. It has 7 bedrooms of large sizes and comforts, 3 with en-suite bathrooms, a jacuzzi in 2 of them and a sauna in 1. In total there are 8 bathrooms. Games room with pool table. 2 living rooms with TV, 2 dining rooms, full kitchen on the ground floor and on the top floor The space La Casona is located in a perfect place close to all the attractions of San Telmo and the city of Buenos Aires on foot (Plaza de Mayo, Puerto Madero, Obelisco, among others) and with access to all means of transportation a few meters away ( highway, metrobus, subway, train, bike path). Other things to note It is NOT suitable for parties or events. It is NOT suitable for loud music or annoying noises.
