Enjoy the comfort of this apartment equipped for 4 people in the heart of Buenos Aires. In the heart of the city, this beautiful accommodation is on the 9th floor on Avenida Corrientes, in front of the historic Gran Rex theater, and two blocks from the obelisk. The building has 24-hour security and the apartment has an electronic lock, so check-in is autonomous. The space The building does not have its own parking but there are many available in the area, in all the blocks. The apartment has a double bed and two single beds, 43-inch TV, Wi-Fi, electric stove, table and chairs. It is equipped with complete linens, with 2 sets of white sheets for the double bed, 4 sets of sheets for the 2 single beds, and 8 sets of white towels (2 sets for each guest). The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, electric oven, refrigerator, toaster, electric oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, and complete kitchen items. The apartment has fiber optic Wifi with 500MB speed, and TV with cable service with 70 channels. We also have a universal power adapter. Our check-in time is from 2pm on the day of your reservation, and checkout time until 10am. In case your arrival is before 2pm, we have the possibility to receive the luggage while the apartment is cleaned (to be coordinated)
