A full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a kitchen with all cabinetry are included; the unit also has a TV. Maximum occupancy is 2 people and pets are not accepted. Minimum stay is 6 months. Move-in requires approximately 3 months upfront, consisting of 1 month’s rent, 1 month’s deposit and 1 month’s commission.
