Rental terms include a rental guarantee bond (from Finaer, Garantía Ya or Garantía Express) and income documentation (pay slips, monotributo or VAT proof, or bank transfers). Initial payment is two months’ rent: one deposit and one advance payment, total $1.100.000, with the deposit returned at the end of the contract. The lease lasts two years with quarterly adjustments based on the IPC index; utilities, taxes and building fees (expensas) are paid by the tenant.
