Publication subject to a rental reservation. The property owner may request a reservation fee of up to 30% of the monthly rental value to secure priority on the unit. If the transaction is agreed, the amount is applied to the initial payment; if the tenant does not proceed after the viewing, the fee may be fully or partially refunded or retained as an administrative compensation, as agreed; if the owner does not proceed, the amount is fully refunded.
