Enjoy hosting with us, our apartment is modern and centrally located with everything you need to have a comfortable stay without worrying about anything. It stands out for its good location is located on Calle Riobamba and Av. Corriente, one block away is the Subte Callao Linea B station and 700 meters from Av. 9 de Julio where you will find the Metrobus making it easy to travel around the city to the most touristic points. The space The apartment is modern, ample and bright designed to fit all your needs and ensure a lovely stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances (electric pava, microwave, coffee maker, toaster) utensils and all the necessary items to cook. In the living room area there is the table with four chairs, a comfortable sofa and a 40"Smart TV with Chromecast and air conditioning, the environment is carefully furnished and decorated to offer a warm and comfortable atmosphere. In the room is the standard size double bed, two light tables, a spacious placar and cold/heat air conditioning. We leave sheets and towels for each guest. The WiFi is high speed to navigate smoothly
