Beautiful apartment, two rooms divided, in Barrio Núñez. Three blocks from the bus and central subway. Very safe area. With a balcony overlooking the front. A quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options. close to supermarkets, kiosks and bars. Enjoy the tranquility and the unique view. We have laundry at an additional cost (with tokens) inside the building. And spacious placares to store clothing. The space We pay primary attention to cleanliness, so that you feel comfortable as in your home. The accommodation has high-speed Wi-Fi. A double bed, with very comfortable pillows and cushions. Spacious placards for storing clothes and shoes. In front of the bed, storage space for clothes. Full kitchen with pots, pans, cookware, professional knives, cutlery, designer tableware, electric kettle, microwave, Italian coffee maker and filter water. Full bathroom with bathtub, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. Housekeeping is available once a month for stays longer than a month. Towels and linens are included. Designer ornaments made of ceramics and beautiful plants that will make your stay more welcoming. We have a protective net on the balcony and a very practical and easy to use composter. Guest access We have a grill on the shared terrace and laundry (floor -2 right elevator) for a fee with tokens. You will find information on how to get the tokens on the laundry poster. Other things to note With parking for your vehicle 1 block from the apartment (for a fee). We provide cleaning service as many times as they need at an extra cost
